How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery within mainland France and the European Union. You will receive a tracking number by email upon dispatch.

Where do the products come from?

Maison Olynne is a French brand. Our products are manufactured by our industrial partner supplier in Asia, then shipped directly to your address.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to return an unused product. Return shipping costs are at your expense for a simple change of mind. If the product is defective, we will cover all costs.

Are the electronic masks charged upon delivery?

Olynne Essentiel and Olynne Halo are charged via USB. The cable is provided in the box. Battery life varies depending on the mode used.
