Terms of sale
Terms and conditions of sale
In force as of 21 September 2026.
Article 1 — Identity of the seller
These terms and conditions of sale (“T&Cs”) govern sales concluded between Nathan Covindassamy, sole trader, SIRET 99354561500011, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, email contact@maisonolynne.com, under the French VAT-exempt small business scheme (article 293 B of the General Tax Code) — hereinafter “the Seller” — and any adult natural person acting as a consumer — hereinafter “the Customer”.
Article 2 — Purpose
These T&Cs apply to every order placed on the site maisonolynne.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs in force on the day of the order, which prevail over any other document.
Article 3 — Products
The products offered (pillows, sleep masks, eye massagers and wellbeing accessories) are described with their essential characteristics in accordance with article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code. The products are shipped from our partner supplier located in Asia. Photographs are indicative; slight variations in shade may exist without engaging the Seller's liability. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 — Prices and delivery costs
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Under article 293 B of the General Tax Code, no VAT is collected or applicable. Delivery is free across all areas served, with no minimum order value: no delivery charge is added at the point of payment. The total amount due is summarised before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order.
Article 5 — Ordering
The Customer selects the products, confirms the basket, identifies themselves (account or guest purchase), chooses delivery and payment, then confirms after accepting these T&Cs. The sale is formed upon the order confirmation sent by email. The Seller may refuse an order on legitimate grounds (previous dispute, suspected fraud, unavailability).
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments, as well as by Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payments are secured by the providers concerned; bank details never pass through the Seller's servers. The Seller may suspend any order in the event of default or fraud.
Article 7 — Delivery
The areas, times and rates are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these T&Cs. In accordance with article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days following order confirmation. Where that period is exceeded and after formal notice has gone unanswered, the Customer may terminate the contract and obtain a full refund within 14 days. Risk passes on the Customer taking physical possession of the product (article L.216-4).
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving reasons. Maison Olynne extends this period to 30 days. The Customer notifies their decision to contact@maisonolynne.com. Return costs for withdrawal are borne by the Customer (article L.221-23). The refund is made within 14 days of recovering the product or of proof of its dispatch. Excluded from the right of withdrawal, for hygiene reasons (article L.221-28), are masks that have been worn and pillows that have been unpacked and used.
Article 9 — Legal warranties
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 ff., 2 years, with no burden of proof of the defect on the Customer) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 ff. of the French Civil Code, 2 years from discovery of the defect). To invoke them, write to contact@maisonolynne.com with proof of purchase.
Article 10 — Liability
The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or of an act of the Customer. It is for the Customer to check that the product complies with the regulations of their country of destination.
Article 11 — Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy, accessible from the footer.
Article 12 — Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer first contacts customer service at contact@maisonolynne.com. Failing a solution within 60 days, they may refer the matter free of charge to the Médiateur de la consommation FEVAD, 60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris — www.mediateurfevad.fr. European platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
