Timeframes

Our products are shipped from our industrial partner supplier in Asia. Delivery times vary depending on your region:

  • Metropolitan France and European Union: 7 to 15 business days
  • French overseas departments and territories, Switzerland, UK: please contact us before ordering

Tracking

As soon as the package is dispatched (generally 24 to 72 hours after the order), an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. Tracking can be viewed in real-time.

Fees

  • Free delivery on all orders, with no minimum amount
  • Metropolitan France and European Union
  • No surprises at checkout: no additional fees added to payment

Customs and taxes

As we apply the VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the CGI), no French VAT is added to your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs fees may apply; these remain your responsibility.

What if I haven't received my package?

If 30 business days have passed since dispatch without receipt, please contact us at contact@maisonolynne.com. We will launch a carrier investigation and, if necessary, provide a full refund or resend the product at no charge.
