Timeframes
Our products are shipped from our industrial partner supplier in Asia. Your order is handed over for shipping within 24 to 48 hours, then delivered with tracking:
- Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Italy: 7 to 15 business days
We deliver only to the six countries listed above, excluding French overseas territories. For a specific request: contact@maisonolynne.com.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive an email with its tracking number. Tracking is available in real time.
Shipping costs
- Free delivery on every order, with no minimum amount
- Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Italy
- No surprises at payment: no fees are added at checkout
Customs and taxes
Under the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), no French VAT is added to your order. As we only deliver within France and the European Union, no additional customs fees will be charged on delivery.
What if I haven't received my parcel?
If the tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if 30 business days have passed since shipping without delivery, contact us at contact@maisonolynne.com. We will open a carrier investigation and, where applicable, refund you in full or send the product again at no cost.

Your order ships within 24 to 48 h, then arrives with tracking in 7 to 15 business days depending on your area.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you by email upon shipment.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Italy. We do not ship anywhere else yet — write to contact@maisonolynne.com if your country is not on the list.
